Wrong or Missing Items
If you receive the wrong item, email us with your order number, item received, and a photo.
We’ll send the correct product or offer a discount if you choose to keep the one received.

Damaged Package
If your package arrives damaged or appears opened, take a photo before opening and contact us.
Marked as Delivered but Not Received
Packages may be marked delivered early or left in a secure spot.

Partial Shipments

Undeliverable Address
