Hygreenia LLC wants everyone to be able to browse and shop with us, including people with disabilities.

Our approach

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. Steps we have taken include:

• Text and background colors chosen for readable contrast.
• Descriptive alternative text for product and lifestyle images.
• Pages that can be navigated with a keyboard, with visible focus indicators on form fields.
• Labeled form fields and a layout that adapts to phones, tablets and browser zoom.

Known limitations

Product pages and checkout on TikTok Shop and Etsy are run by those marketplaces, and their accessibility is outside our control. If you have trouble ordering there, contact us and we will help you complete your purchase another way.
