This Privacy Policy explains how Hygreenia LLC (“Hygreenia,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit hygreenia.com (the “Site”) or contact us. By using the Site, you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

Information you give us

• Contact and request forms: your name, email address, the topic you select and your message.
• Emails and calls: information you share when you contact us, such as your order number or shipping details.

Information collected automatically

• Technical data: when you visit the Site, our hosting provider automatically receives standard log information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited and the date and time of your visit.
• Cookies: the Site does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy.

Purchases on marketplaces

When you buy Hygreenia products on TikTok Shop or Etsy, the marketplace collects and processes your payment and order information under its own privacy policy. We receive the order details needed to fulfill and support your order, such as your name, shipping address and items purchased.

How we use information

• To respond to your questions and requests.
• To fulfill orders, provide customer support and handle returns.
• To operate, secure and improve the Site.
• To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.

We don’t send marketing emails unless you have asked to receive them, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only with:

• Service providers who help us run our business, such as website hosting and form processing (Netlify), email, shipping carriers and fulfillment partners. They may use the information only to provide services to us.
• Font delivery: the Site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser sends your IP address to Google when a page loads.
• Legal and safety reasons: when required by law, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Hygreenia, our customers or others.
• Business transfers: as part of a merger, sale or transfer of our business.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live — including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas and other states with consumer privacy laws — you may have the right to:

• Know what personal information we have collected about you and access a copy of it.
• Correct inaccurate personal information.
• Delete personal information we have collected from you.
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising.
• Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

To make a request, email info@hygreenia.com or use our privacy request form. We will verify your request by matching information you provide with information we have, and we will respond within 45 days. You may use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision email with “Appeal” in the subject line.

Global Privacy Control: we treat a Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for that browser.

Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above — for example, contact messages for up to 2 years and order records as long as required for tax and accounting purposes.

Security

The Site is served over HTTPS, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Effective date” at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
