These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of hygreenia.com (the “Site”), operated by Hygreenia LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Hygreenia,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order or submit information through the Site.

Products and pricing

• We try to describe and photograph our products accurately. Because our products are made from natural materials, color, texture, size and pattern may vary slightly from item to item.
• Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Sale prices apply for a limited time.
• If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information because of an error, we may cancel any orders for that product and refund any amount paid.

Orders on marketplaces

Hygreenia products are sold through TikTok Shop and Etsy. Purchases made there are also subject to that marketplace’s terms, payment processing and buyer protection policies. If those terms conflict with these Terms for a marketplace purchase, the marketplace’s terms control.

Shipping and returns

Our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy are part of these Terms.

Product use

Please follow our Product Care instructions. Stop using a product if it causes skin irritation. Beeswax wraps are not intended for use with raw meat or fish or with heat.

Intellectual property

The Hygreenia name and logo, and all text, photos and graphics on the Site, are owned by or licensed to Hygreenia LLC and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site — for example, by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, submitting false information or sending spam through our forms.

Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hygreenia will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to a product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the “Effective date” above will be updated.
