Return window

You may request a return within 15 days of the date your order was delivered.

What can be returned

• Items that are unused and in their original kraft box or packaging.
• Items that arrived damaged, defective or different from what you ordered.

What can’t be returned

For hygiene reasons, loofah sponges, loofah wipers and beeswax wraps that have been used, washed or removed from sealed packaging can’t be returned unless they are defective.

How to start a return

1. Email info@hygreenia.com with your order number, the items you’d like to return and the reason. For damaged or defective items, include a photo.
2. We’ll reply with the return address and instructions. Please don’t send items back without contacting us first — returns sent to our mailing address in Delaware can’t be processed.
3. Pack the items securely and ship them within 7 days of receiving your return instructions. We recommend a trackable shipping method.

Return shipping costs

• Damaged, defective or wrong items: we cover return shipping, or we may ask you to keep the item and send a replacement.
• Change of mind: return shipping is paid by the customer. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few more days for the refund to appear.

Exchanges

If you’d like a different product or pattern, return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Orders placed on TikTok Shop or Etsy

Returns for marketplace orders are handled through TikTok Shop or Etsy under their return processes. Start your request in the marketplace app or website, or message us there.
