Where we ship

We ship to addresses in all 50 U.S. states, including P.O. boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We do not ship outside the United States at this time.

Shipping costs

The free shipping threshold is based on the order subtotal after discounts and before taxes.

Processing and delivery times

• Processing: orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays).
• Delivery: standard shipping usually arrives within 3–7 business days after dispatch in the contiguous U.S. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and military addresses may take longer.

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Peak seasons and weather can cause delays.

Order tracking

When your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. If you haven’t received it within 2 business days of ordering, contact us at info@hygreenia.com.

Lost, late or damaged packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you can’t find it, please check with neighbors and your local post office, then contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. If your order arrives damaged, email us a photo within 15 days of delivery and we’ll send a replacement or a refund at no cost to you.

Address errors

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us right away — we can update the address only if the order hasn’t shipped yet.

Orders placed on TikTok Shop or Etsy

Orders placed through TikTok Shop or Etsy ship under that marketplace’s shipping settings, timelines and protections. Please check the shipping details on the listing or contact us through the marketplace’s messaging.
